Jennifer Fillmore (Owner) Has over 23 years of experience working in the medical field with aging adults in their own homes, Nursing homes, and hospitals. She has experience with high-level care as well as moderate care. Throughout her career, she worked to hire and train caregivers on how to give quality care and was a mediator for clients and caregivers. Often times there is a misunderstanding of what is required of the caregiver. Jennifer’s job was to bring people together to work in prefect harmony. Her interest in taking care of the elderly started at a very young age when she discovered she had a talent for caring for those who needed help. Seeing people happy and thriving after her care gave her a sense of joy and accomplishment knowing that she made a difference in the lives she cared for. She continuously strives to meet the needs of others by focusing on achieving the best interests of those she cares for and their families.
